How to Utilize it to Experience Less Stress and More Ease in Your Life.

In today’s article, I will share my experience with, Theatahealing®, one of my most useful tools. Although Theatahealing® is merely one of the many philosophies and modalities that I am trained in and that I use in my mindful living and spiritual guidance sessions, it can be one of the more esoteric, leaving those that have not experienced it mystified, intrigued, and sometimes even uneasy.

SO WHAT IS THETAHEALING® & HOW IS IT USEFUL?

Here are the nuts and bolts; officially speaking, Thetahealing® is a meditation technique created by Vianna Stibal in 1995. Over half of a million people have had some level of training in this technique. It is world-renowned and known for being transformative in nature. When I went to a training in Montanna, I was genuinely surprised at the international attendance. There were many more from other counties than there were from the united states. And I absolutely agree it is transformative and life-changing. You can read more about Vianna and her story here.

Thetahealing is:

  • A healing method
  • A spiritual philosophy
  • A meditation modality
  • An intuition-strengthening practice
  • A relationship-building tool
  • A method used to know and love the self
  • A Guidmap to your personal connection with Creator
  • Taught to be used in conjunction with conventional medicine
  • Magic

Thetahealing is not:

  • Fortunetelling
  • A substitute for Medical intervention or advice
  • A religion
  • Guru in nature/ Mind Washing
  • Spiritual bypassing
  • One size fits all

What a client might say they are experiencing prior to working together:

  • Feelings of being “blocked” or “stuck.”

Thetahealing® as a meditation modality.

The experience of the thetahealing meditation is one of connection, bliss, and transformation. and as a practitioner, I guide my clients through meditation to reach the Theta brain wave state, much the same as you reach in the dream state of sleep.

This experience is unique to the person and can be very awakening, inspiring, surprising, and validating. Thetahealing® as a spiritual philosophy.

The intuitive properties that this method awakens are sometimes indescribable and something I love sharing with the world.

We all have beliefs, conditioning, and subconscious programs that govern our life.

In my work, I speak to being mindful, intentional, and actionable (even if that action is stillness); this allows us to build awareness and unlock joy.

What I have witnessed while adding in Thetahealing® and what my clients have said is that they feel a general sense of well-being, belonging, and clarity immediately. This allows for the uncovering and unveiling of limiting beliefs with a grace that was not present before. Programs are transformed, released, or at the very least known and understood as we build willingness to change.

A renewed relationship with something greater than us and with ourselves begins to blossom, bringing with it a sense of freedom and ease. The impossible seems to become possible, and life feels “different.”

Thetahealing in my practice.

Thetahealing® is a foundational modality within my mindful living philosophy. It broadens our ability to feel, sense, see and comprehend energy and the Creator.

As we gently bring our minds into Theta, we learn that we can and how to renew our connection to source energy. From this place, we have the ability to experience physical, emotional, and mental shifts such as:

  • Revealing creative potential
  • Releasing fears and phobias
  • Relief from physical pain and illness
  • Deeper spiritual connection
  • A sense of belonging
  • Personal freedom
  • Clarity
  • A sense of purpose
  • Increased confidence

I truly love witnessing my clients build trust in themselves and their connections, which leads to beautiful shifts and concrete changes in their lives.

Theta brain waves and the science.

In summary, science has shown us that the Theta brainwave state is not only for dreaming; it can also be achieved while in a deeply relaxed and awake state, and it can be useful to relieve stress, physical aches, pains, anxiety, and depression.

In closing, using Theatahealing® has led me to amazing discoveries and great insights for myself and my clients. I feel completely blessed that I have the ability to experience this modality every day. It is not only a pillar and a roadmap in my life and in my spiritual guidance and coaching, but it has also become a lifestyle, and I am loving it.
