Four Invitations that will Bring More Trust into Your LIfe.
“Your Soul had a dream, and your life is it.”
Today’s musing is on the tapestry that is our life, and that is our lives collectively.
I study and practice the Yamas and Niyamas, Sanskrit, for restraints and observances in yoga. They are the tenets of living well within yogic philosophy. One of the restraints or Yamas is Brahmacharya — which can be strictly defined as “chastity” or loosely translated as “non-excess,” but what it literally means is “walking with God.”
